  • How do we determine the timeline for your project?
We provide a detailed schedule to help ensure that the project is completed on time. The timeline for a construction project will depend on the specific project and can vary significantly based on several factors. Delays can occur for various reasons, such as inclement weather, supply chain issues, or issues with the construction itself. Revising the project schedule, finding alternative solutions, or bringing in additional resources to address delays may be necessary. We will propose a new date if the initial target date cannot be achieved. Working hours are between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm (Unless otherwise agreed)
  • Who is responsible for cleaning up the worksite?
We understand the importance of ensuring that the worksite is kept clean and organized to help ensure the safety of workers and the efficiency of the project. Trades are always encouraged to clean up after themselves especially as they transition out to allow for other trades to come in and work. That said, the party responsible for cleaning up the worksite will depend on the specific project and the agreements in place between the various parties involved. In most cases "Post Construction Cleanup" is added to the scope of each major project. A deep and thorough cleaning can be coordinated - at a cost relative to area and desired outcome. Meanwhile, the project is being undertaken whilst the space is occupied/in-use by ownership - we install dust barriers and implement floor protection to mitigate damages and the migration of dust.
